If you're not satisfied with your Combat Labs order, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days of your order being marked as delivered.
This guarantee applies to general satisfaction concerns, not just products that arrive damaged or defective.

30-Day Refund Period
Your refund window begins on the date your order is marked as delivered.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery. Requests submitted after the 30-day period may not be eligible for a refund.
Returns
Because Combat Labs products are consumable dietary supplements, we generally do not require you to physically return opened products in order to receive an approved refund.
In some circumstances, we may request additional information, photos, or the return of unopened products before approving a refund.
Please do not send any products back to us unless our support team specifically instructs you to do so.
Return Shipping Costs
If we do not require you to return your product, there are no return shipping costs to you.
If Combat Labs requests that a product be returned because of a damaged, defective, incorrect, or other qualifying order issue, we will provide return instructions and let you know whether a prepaid shipping label will be provided.
Restocking Fees
Combat Labs does not charge restocking fees on approved refunds.

Refund Method & Processing Time
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
We aim to review refund requests within 2–3 business days.
Once approved, we will typically process your refund within 2 business days.
After the refund has been processed, please allow approximately 5–10 business days for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to post the funds to your account.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Unless an item is specifically marked Final Sale, products purchased during sales or promotional offers are still eligible for our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
Refund amounts will be based on the actual amount paid for the applicable product after discounts, promotions, or other offers have been applied.

Denied or Limited Refund Requests
