Your order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and your order has been confirmed.

Shipping and delivery dates provided by Combat Labs are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer, events outside our reasonable control, or other circumstances beyond our control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order.

Purchases made through Combat Labs are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, including our applicable 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
Refund eligibility, processing times, promotional-order refunds, damaged products, and other refund-related matters are governed by that policy.
Where there is a conflict between these Terms and our Return & Refund Policy regarding a refund or return, the Return & Refund Policy will control.

Combat Labs is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Soothe Source LLC d/b/a Combat Labs.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for sales between you and Combat Labs, including injury, loss, or damage allegedly resulting from products purchased through Combat Labs.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions made directly with Combat Labs.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM THE USE OF ANY COMBAT LABS PRODUCT.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THESE DISCLAIMERS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LOSS OF USE, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER ARISING UNDER CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANOTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
SECTION 19 – ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY
You acknowledge that exercise, martial arts, combat sports, athletic training, weight cutting, and other physical activities involve inherent risks.
Combat Labs does not supervise your training, nutrition, supplementation, exercise program, competition preparation, or other athletic activities.
Purchasing or consuming a Combat Labs product does not replace appropriate training, hydration, nutrition, recovery, medical care, or professional guidance.
You are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for your individual circumstances and for using products according to their labeling and directions.
SECTION 20 – INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Soothe Source LLC d/b/a Combat Labs and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, and Shopify and its affiliates from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from:
